Crammed with more than 20,000 objects dating back as far as 200 years, Rouse Hill House & Farm expresses the hopes and dreams of six generations of family life in rural New South Wales from early colonisation to the late 1900s.
One of the oldest continually occupied houses in Australia, originally set in a much larger estate, today its farm animals graze against the backdrop of a rapidly changing urban landscape.
Take a tour and experience the old house with its time-warped rooms, handsome stables, ancient garden, tottery outbuildings, mouldering machinery and rusty vehicles.
Clothing and footwear suitable for a rural environment are recommended.

Free car parking available in the grounds outside the Visitors Centre.
