Featuring an image from the Home Front exhibition, this magnet has been created by the Historic Houses Trust.
The image, showing a female factory worker is taken from a World War 11 progaganda poster entitled "Change over to a Victory Job" by an unknown artist. Like many propaganda posters this one features a beautiful woman, suggesting that women who took up 'Victory Jobs' could also retain their femininity.
